Emirates Woman – The moment that changed our lives forever –  November 2017The Dubai-based magazine, Emirates Woman, featured me as one of several women to have changed their lives and careers to follow their dream.

This story, published in several New Zealand papers, was written by well-known NZ author and my former classmate, Kelly Ana Morey, about my decision to leave the fashion world for wildlife.  It also features several of my images – one of which made the cover.

Sunday Star Times  – Kiwi v elephant – on the frontlines of the dangerous fight to save the world’s largest land mammalFebruary 2017 (also published in print) – After a stint as a volunteer photographer with Save The Elephants (STE) in Kenya, I wrote a story for New Zealand’s Sunday Star Times about the incredible work of the leading research organisation and their battle to secure a future for elephants. I am proudly now working with STE as a PR consultant and field photographer.

The Australian Summer living: goodbye glamour, hello Africa – January 2017 (also published in print) – The leading Australian newspaper published a story about my photographic work in Africa following my decision to quit my career in fashion media in London.

Refinery 29 – From Net-A-Porter PR Director To Wildlife Photographer: Why I Drastically Changed Career In My 40s – November 2016 – The global website, Refinery 29, published my piece about leaving the fashion world to chase my dreams of becoming a wildlife photographer.

The Daily TelegraphWhitstable Festival on a Hot Summer’s Day – The Big Picture August 2016 – One of my photographs, taken at the Whitstable Festival, was shortlisted in a competition run by the UK’s Daily Telegraph newspaper ironically on the same day I resigned from my corporate job to follow my dreams of being a freelance photographer.
